Ode to impossible love

She thought she had finally found Him. The One.How was she so sure, she did not know, but the look in her eyes when she looked at him was the only possible answer. Nonetheless, and unfortunately, it was impossible. Some gave her false hopes based on how he was kind and perfectionist with her, but that was not enough for the real world. The actual truth was unbearably harsh. Time after time, she hang on to false hopes based on pure smiles, hiding the blush in her cheeks, believing love was hiding somewhere between the real world, the unbroken conventions and the magical world of imagination.
